Citypaper
Citypaper projects a city map as a graphical element onto the wall. In this case Berlin was chosen, but other cities are possible (e.g. New York, London, Paris…)
In form of a wallpaper only the outlines of streets and geographical features are shown. Street names, designations and geographical color coding were left out by intention to maintain an overall reticent impression without overloading the room. Besides the graphical there is another subtle and functional design element. The black/white map can be understood as a skeleton that can be expanded by adding the included stickers, just like a mental map. This way, a personal access to the own city results.
The five colors represent the five categories Public Transport, Culture, Sports, Clubs & Music and Restaurants & Bars. They can be marked with personal relevant locations. This way, a second graphical component arouses on the wall.
